This program is for you if:

Introducing your Presence facilitator
Kelli Travers, Psychologist, Coach and Meditation Teacher, has over 20 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist across many settings, working with clients all over Australia and Internationally. Kelli has practiced mindfulness and meditation in her own life daily for over 10 years, and has studied and practiced extensively with many teachers, participating in many retreats. Kelli has experienced the incredible benefits of these practices in her own life, and has taught this program for over 5 years, including other workshops, facilitating meditation, mindfulness, somatic practices and nervous system regulation and self-compassion workshops.
Kelli combines both western psychology tools and strategies with the ancient systems of meditation and mindfulness into her courses. Kelli loves to share these practical tools with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed and busy, to find a deeper level of focus in their lives, concentration, calm and clarity, as well as more kindness towards themselves. Kelli specifically created this course to address the blocks and obstacles that can often get in the way of implementing mindfulness and self-care tools in your life, to experience the benefits with more success and ease.
